We custom cut our proprietary Smart Tint material to your dimensions up to 96 sq. feet. We cut any shape or size and pre-wire the material so it is ready for installation. All dimensions will be rounded up to the nearest 1/2 of a square foot. To assist in calculating square footage, here is a link to our square footage calculator. Please measure visible glass area and allow 1/8" tolerance on all sides. For example if your visible glass area is 12" by 12" then your smart tint material should be 11 3/4" by 11 3/4". Also accommodate for 1/2" on the wired side of the material. "wired side can easily be covered with a trim kit."

If you require a half moon shape or any other irregular cut, you must calculate the rectangle that the shape was cut from. If you wish to have the material pre-wired in a specific location simply let us know in the comment section at check out.

If you require a cut that is irregular in shape or size, you may provide us with a template. After your order has been processed, you can mail the template with a copy of your receipt to:

If you require a cut that is larger than 5 feet (60") in width and 10 feet (120") in length then you must contact us for special order pricing.
