We will ship you a packing drum to put your Smart Tint in. The measurements are 12 inch x 12 inch x 36 inch and you are responsible for the return shipping label. This includes one hour of tech time to evaluate your product. We will contact you with an update upon package reciept. There are no guarantees that it can be fixed. Please indicate in the special instuctions section at checkout a desciption of what needs to be repaired.
