Please Note: All of our power supplies are customizable to easily integrate for large and custom applications. We include engineering time with all orders to discuss integration logistics and operational scope.

It is recommended to use a 16-2 plenum rated/shielded/stranded wire when connecting the film to the transformer up to 50 feet away. All wiring should be run in parallel directly to the Smart Tint controller/power supply. Each piece of film should have its own dedicated wire. This will protect your project from interferences such as LED lighting and other electrical environmental factors that can cause issues in the film’s performance.

Please remember to acclimate the film to the installation environment by keeping it in its energized clear state for a 24-48 hours post installation period after removing the protective liner on the finished side of the technology.
