Please provide us the reason for your return / exchange / repair in the special instructions section of the check out page. You will be emailed an RMA-AB number to track the progress of your return. Expect a 7-10 day processing time Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
We will ship you a container to carefully package the return shipment for repair. Do not roll the material in less than a 12" diameter. We will contact you upon receipt of the package with our Quality control report. At that time we will advise the repair costs and return shipment charges. The drum we ship can store up to 15 sheets of material.
